Thank you for using dutydoor.com website and dutydoor app. The following Terms & Conditions (here within refered to as "terms") are intended to let you know of your legal rights and responsibilities in using dutydoor’sdutydoor.com website and dutydoor app (here within refered to as "website") and any other related mobile and software applications (here within refered to as "app").

Please read the terms carefully before you download, install or use the website and app. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install, download or use the website and app. By installing, downloading or using the website or app, you are agreeing to be bound by these website and app terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and our Privacy Policy, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the website or app, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same.


"Customer", "User", "Client", "You" or "Your" refers to you, who avails the services of dutydoor through its registered website and app for the purpose of repairing your vehicle including but not limited to general servicing, repairs, breakdowns, puntures, accidental emergnecies.

"dutydoor", "Us", "We"or "Company" shall mean dutydoorhaving its registered office at Plot no. 149, Kesar Nagar, Muhana road, Front of Petrol Pump, Jaipur, 302029, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the content or meaning thereof, mean and include all its affiliates, successors and permitted assigns.

"Service(s)" shall mean any and all kinds of vehicle repair services listed and provided through the website and the app including but not limited to motorbike services and also the information provided by us on the website or the app regarding the various service providers.

"Vehicle" refers to motorbikes, Scooters and Mopeds with a valid registration ID, registered under the Motor Vehicles act 1988.

"Account" shall mean the account created by/for the customer on the website or the app to avail the services.

"Order" shall mean the request for a service placed by the customer through the website or through the app on a particular date.

"Dutydoor assistant", "Service man" shall mean the person from dutydoor, that will be assigned to the particular order to carry out the particular order from making calls, assigning leads and till reaching at customer venue for two wheeler servicing.

Eligibility to use the services:

You hereby confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and above and fully able and competent to understand the terms of this agreement.

You should have a valid vehicle registration ID along with a valid insurance certificate to avail our services. The customers without any one of the former listed documents are not eligible to book our services.

Use of Account and Services by the Customer:

dutydoorprovides you with the convinience of getting your vehicle serviced without any expense of your time.

You have to register yourself on the website or on the app by providing your details such as but not limited to Name, contact number and email ID and a password of your choosing. The use of the personal details provided by you will be governed by our Privacy policy. By accessing the third party website, you authorize us to collect your personal information from your account on these third party websites as required and permitted by your permissions and settings. Upon creating an account, you confirm that all the information provided by you in the process is correct and accurate and that you will update us whenever there is any change in the information provided to keep the information accurate at all times.

The customer upon creation of the account will be provided with a user panel to place the order for services. The customer should choose their vehicle brand and model and they need service with oil change of their choice. Upon selection customer need to select date and time slot for the service he/she is availing. Then after customer need to enter address and landmarkwith mobile number where they desire to take service.

Customer will receive a call from duty door assistants confirming them about their booking by sending service man details. (Including service man photograph and phone number)

Our service executive will be available at the location you have provided in the time slot you have requested for the bike servicing. You should be available for a call half hour before the start time of the booked time slot. A thorough check up of the bike including but not limited to a test ride will be done at your place.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and will be liable for all activities and transactions that take place under your account, whether initiated by you or any third party. We shall not be liable for the loss of any information or such by a third party accessing your account with or without your knowledge.

Price Estimations:

Price Estimations for general servicing: Upon the booking of an order on our website or the app and prior to the confirmation of the order, you will be shown a basic amount as an estimate for that particular servicing. However amount is subjected to change. A proper estimate of the pricing will be provided to you once our service executive go through thorough check-up of your two wheeler. Your order will be processed only after your approval for the estimated pricing and the repairs under that pricing.

Payment and Invoicing:

As soon as your vehicle is serviced, our service executive will end the service. A proforma invoice for the order including service fee will be sent to your mail id. You are expected to make the payment against that proforma Invoice prior to the delivery of the bike via the following payment methods:

Cash Payment: The payment for the order can be made via cash on delivery to our service executive at the time of completion of bike service.

Pay through POS machine: You have the flexibility to make the payment through pos machine which will be available with our service man every time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

The order once placed can be cancelled by calling our customer care executive on +917300010001 before 6PM on the day prior to the service date. Cancellation on the day of service will attract a cancellation fee that has to be paid by the customer.

If dutydoorin any case has any reason to believe that the customer has violated the terms of the service listed in this document, dutydoorreserves the sole right to cancel the customer’s order without any prior notice to the customer.

Force Majeure:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligations under this User Terms, if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure Event and in such case our obligations under this User Terms shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues.


By accepting these User Terms and using the Service, You agree that You shall defend, indemnify and hold dutydoor, their affiliates and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Your violation or breach of any term of these User Terms or any Applicable Law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) Your violation of any rights of any of our vendors (c) Your use or misuse of the Application or Service.

Intellectual Property Ownership:

The page, page code, and any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names and all other intellectual property or material or property rights herein are proprietary to the Company and are owned by the Company and/or its licensors and content providers, and are protected by applicable domestic and international intellectual property laws. The depiction of such proprietary content does not permit or allow any user or person (whatsoever) to make any use of the same without prior written permission of the Company in any manner or reference or context.

Modifications of the Service and Terms:

dutydoorreserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these User Terms, or change, suspend, discontinue or restrict your use to all or any feature of the Service or Application at any time by posting a notice on the Site or by sending You notice on your registered mobile number and email ID. Your continuous use of the Application/ Site after such notification shall be deemed to be acceptance of the revised terms by You.

Applicable law and Dispute Resolution:

These User Terms are subject to the laws of India. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these User Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Site, the Service or the Application (collectively, "Disputes") will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, India.
